Our luxury portrait setup requires a minimum of 10×10 feet of space to accommodate our professional lighting equipment, backdrop, and allow comfortable movement for guests. Ideally, we prefer a 12×12 foot area which gives us more flexibility for group shots and ensures the best possible lighting conditions. We’ll work with your venue coordinator to identify the perfect location during our planning call, whether that’s a dedicated room, a corner of your reception space, or even an outdoor covered area.

Our team arrives 90 minutes before your event begins to ensure everything is perfect. This includes setting up our professional studio lighting (which requires precise calibration for optimal portraits), installing the backdrop, testing all equipment, and coordinating with your venue staff. We handle every detail so you don’t have to worry about a thing. By the time your first guests arrive, we’re ready to create stunning portraits that will last a lifetime.

Our setup accommodates groups of up to 8 guests comfortably in a single frame. We love capturing everything from intimate couple shots to fun group photos with the wedding party or family members. Our photographer is skilled at arranging groups of any size to look natural and flattering. For larger groups (like the entire bridal party), we can certainly accommodate with some creative posing and composition adjustments.

Absolutely! We offer two backdrop options, including all white or dramatic black, to match your wedding aesthetic. We are happy to shoot on a client-customized backdrop that is provided. We can work with you on ordering or adding on the backdrop. For the prints, we can add custom text, monograms, or your wedding date to create a personalized keepsake. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your vision and color palette to ensure our setup seamlessly integrates with your overall wedding design. Many couples choose to match their backdrop to their wedding colors or opt for timeless black and white prints.

Yes! Every guest has the option to receive their individual portraits digitally through instant email or text sharing right at the event. Additionally, we provide the couple with a complete digital gallery of all portraits taken during the evening, delivered within 48 hours of your wedding. This gallery includes every image from the night as high-resolution files suitable for printing, sharing on social media, or creating thank-you cards. It’s a wonderful way to see all your loved ones captured beautifully in one collection.
